Returns & Exchanges

At Hokuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Hokuro account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
